AI cartoons on any subject
A guide and a plugin for Claude Code and Codex. You describe the idea, and the AI writes the script, draws the characters, voices them, animates and assembles a finished video. Any subject, any style from pixel art to anime and watercolour, your own characters.
No extra costs: a ChatGPT subscription is enough, because the plugin runs right inside Codex (or Claude Code). Voice acting is free, and you never pay per image or per video.

Who it's for
- Channel creators who want their own animated series on any subject: parables, fairy tales, history, book summaries, kids' and educational episodes.
- Experts and businesses who explain an idea, a product or a lesson with short animated videos.
- Anyone who wants their own characters (the same face and costume in every scene and episode) and their own style.
- Anyone who has tried AI video and got stuck with melting faces, sliding characters and per-generation bills.
- Anyone who wants to run a channel in several languages without re-recording by hand.
Take the Bible stories in order and make a series of 2-minute cartoons in storybook watercolour style, vertical, with voice-over and captions
The plugin asks about the characters, style and voices, shows you the script and a test frame, then draws, voices and builds the videos by itself. You watch the result and say what to change.
The whole pipeline, step by step
01Start wizard
An interview about the idea, style, characters and voices, and a plan for episode one.
02Script
250–300 words per episode, scenes of 6–12 seconds, a conflict in the first line.
03Any style
Pixel art, anime, watercolour, comic, paper cut-out or your own from references.
04Your characters
Character cards: one face and one costume in every scene and episode.
05Free voices
Name pronunciation, emotions inside a sentence, every line checked.
06Pose animation
Why whole poses beat rotating arms, and 4 rules against glitches.
07A real walk
6 poses from a skeleton; the planted foot never slides.
08Lip sync and life
The mouth follows the voice, breathing, wind, video shots on your own GPU.
09Shorts framing
The safe zone, captions of at most 2 lines; 9:16 or 16:9.
10Build and render
Automatic checks before and after the render.
11Cover and publishing
Covers for every crop, a second language, texts for each platform.
1225-mistake checklist
I've already made every one of them for you.
Walking, not sliding
The hardest part of AI animation is making a character walk instead of skating on ice. The yellow marks are the footprints of the planted foot: on the left they stay put, on the right they creep along with the body. The plugin makes the left version by itself, and the guide explains how: a pose skeleton, a sketch and a finishing prompt.
The guide is not a PDF
One HTML file that opens in any browser on a computer or a phone, offline. Inside are animations from real episodes: a walk with a “sliding” switch, a talking portrait, transitions, copy buttons for prompts and a checklist that remembers your ticks. Read it yourself or hand it to your AI agent.
Here is the result
The example: the Bhagavad Gita in pixel art, 22 episodes in two languages, made with this pipeline. Your subject, style and characters can be anything.
What you need
- A computer with Windows, macOS or Linux.
- A ChatGPT subscription: in Codex the plugin does everything (script, images, assembly). If you work in Claude Code, you also need a Claude subscription (Codex still draws the images). Nothing else to pay for: no per-image fees, no per-video fees, no animation services.
- Voice acting is free. The guide links to free options with practically no limits: Fish Audio (English, Russian and many other languages), with Deepgram as an English backup.
- A graphics card is optional. The pipeline has a built-in local video model for “living” shots (water, fire, wind, camera moves) with no generation fees. It needs an NVIDIA card with 8 GB+: an RTX 3080 works great, a 3090 / 4080 / 4090 is faster. Without a GPU the cartoon still builds: poses, walks and effects work anyway.
- No coding. You set the task in plain words, for example “take the Bible stories in order and make a series of cartoons”. The AI writes the scripts, draws, voices and builds; you watch and correct.

Questions
What am I buying?
A guide and a plugin for the AI agents Claude Code and Codex. With them you make animated videos on any subject, in any style and with your own characters: from the idea and script to a finished video with voice-over, captions and a cover.
What's the difference between the guide and the plugin?
You get both. The guide is a detailed explanation of how the cartoon is made: read it yourself or give it to your Claude Code / Codex. The plugin is the ready pipeline: install it in Claude Code or Codex, answer the wizard's questions, and the AI makes the episode with tested steps and checks of every frame and every voice line.
What videos can I make?
Anything: parables, fairy tales, history, lessons and product explainers, book summaries, kids' series. Vertical for Shorts, Reels and TikTok or 16:9 for YouTube, from one minute to an hour. The Bhagavad Gita on my channel is just an example.
Which styles and characters?
Pixel art, retro 16-bit, anime, storybook watercolour, flat cartoon, comic ink and paper cut-out. Describe your own style in words and attach references: the plugin makes a test frame and adapts. You invent the characters; the plugin keeps their faces and costumes the same in every scene.
Any extra costs?
Nothing beyond a ChatGPT subscription (plugin in Codex) or Claude + ChatGPT (plugin in Claude Code). Codex draws the images on your ChatGPT plan, voice acting uses free options with almost no limits (links in the guide), and “living” shots run on your own GPU, also free (optional). Subscriptions have usage limits: a long video sometimes takes a couple of sessions.
Can I adapt the pipeline?
Yes. After installation the plugin runs an interview (subject, format, style, characters, references, voices) and builds the first episode for you. Scripts and instructions are open: you can change everything, most easily by asking the AI itself.
Do I need to code?
No. You set tasks in plain words; the AI agent (Claude Code or Codex) writes the code. You watch the result and say what to fix, and the guide shows what to look at.
How long does an episode take?
Not long. The plugin makes your first episode in one evening: it asks what you want and takes it to a finished video. After that an episode takes a couple of hours, and the AI does almost all of the work (drawing, voicing and rendering) while you watch and correct.
How do I get the files?
Right after payment you land on your download page, and Stripe emails you the receipt. Bookmark the download page: it keeps working and shows updates. If anything goes wrong, write to support@devotedactions.com and we'll send the link.
Can I get a refund?
If the files don't arrive, don't open or don't match the description, we fix it or refund you in full within 14 days. Downloaded files of proper quality are not refundable: they are digital copies that stay with you. Details: Terms of Sale.
